Guest Cottage
This three bedroom log cabin is nestled on a lakefront property in Lincolnville. Three bedrooms and two baths provide private accommodations for family and guests.
Coastal Retirement Home
This two bedroom home with interior expandable space was designed to meet the client’s budget at retirement. With a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and living, dining and eat-in kitchen, they live very comfortably. A 2nd bedroom and bath on the 2nd floor with a loft area for an office, and an unfinished space allows for future expansion. Add the two car attached garage and what more do you need?
HGTV Home
McCormick & Associates was selected to build the 2001 Home and Garden T V giveaway home. Built in Northport on an oceanfront lot, this 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath custom built Acorn Home was given away in a national drawing.
Lincolnville Cottage & Guest House
Lincolnville Cottage: Rebuilt and expanded on Coleman Pond, this cottage designed by Stephen Smith Architects, sits on a very quiet dead end lane to the water’s edge.
Owls Head Home
Designed by Architect Christian Fasoldt, this large waterfront home was masterfully decorated by a New York interior decorator, well landscaped and constructed by McCormick & Associates.
Rockport Home
Designed by Architect Peter Gross of Camden, this home is tucked away off a quiet cul de sac. By utilizing a walkout basement level for additional bedrooms, exercise room, and mechanical space, it kept the overall construction cost under control. One floor retirement living at its best.
Camp Renovations & Additions
McCormick & Associates has worked on many camps and summer homes on the many lakes in our area. Often working with the local Planning Board or Code Enforcement, to work through the many set-back issues.

Quarry Hill, Camden, Maine
Camden, Maine—McCormick & Associates contructed Phase II of the project which consisted of 16 retirement cottages and associated sitework.
Riverhouse Hotel
In downtown Camden Maine, McCormick & Associates built this 4 level hotel, with inside pool, elevator, and on site parking.

Front Street Shipyard
A new shipyard in Belfast, Maine, the owners selected McCormick & Associates as one of two contractors to build out the project so they could open for business in a short period of time. McCormick & Associates was contracted to demo one building and constuct a foundation for a future building. Also demo another building and constuct a new 4 bay facility between two other buildings all connected with an overhead crane.
Rockport Marine
Rockport Marine has been a client of McCormick & Associates since the late 80’s. We have completed nine sizable projects plus multiple smaller projects for them.

About Us
McCormick & Associates was started by John S McCormick Jr. in 1973 after beginning his career as a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Maine, then working for the Maine DOT and a short partnership in another construction firm.
In 1985, Allen Mitchell and his wife Marge, purchased McCormick & Associates. Allen is a 1972 graduate of Roger Williams College with a BS degree in Construction Engineering. Previous to McCormick & Associates he spent 10 years with Gilbane Building Company, leaving Gilbane as a Project Manager responsible for projects in the multimillion dollar range.
Allen also was the engineer for the Camden Community Hospital and Healthcare Facility, and responsible for the Nursing Home construction in 1977.
McCormick & Associates manages its properties by experienced office staff and on site by experienced supervisors. The majority of field staff has been with McCormick’s for multiple years and continues the quality results required. McCormick’s also uses only quality-minded and professional sub-contractors and suppliers.
